Job Description
As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between digital initiatives and business operations across a range of functions.
- Lead and execute comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Develop and implement communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimise disruptions.
- Provide expert guidance on the adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Measure and report on change management success metrics.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Proven experience in leading the implementation of a structured change management process for major organisations in the UAE.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in technology, digital and/or transformation management.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivering successful change management projects.
