We are currently recruiting for Change Management Lead role for our client.
- Job title - Change Management Lead
- Location - Abu Dhabi
- Duration - 6 months and extendable
- Requirement - Immediate (Candidates readily available to join on short notice will be given preference)
- Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in leading organizational change initiatives, applying change management methodologies and frameworks, and delivering successful outcomes.
- Flexible and adaptive: Able to quickly adjust to changing business needs and demands, and able to help quickly pave the way for swift changes
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand the broader organizational context, analyze complex situations, and develop strategic change plans that align with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, build relationships, and facilitate collaboration.
- Communication and Engagement: Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively convey change messages, create compelling narratives, and engage employees throughout the change process.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, diagnose change-related issues, and develop appropriate interventions and solutions.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and influencing skills to inspire and motivate a team, foster a positive change culture, and drive sustainable change at all levels of the organization.
