Job Description

NOMI is hiring for a talented 3D Visualizer with expertise in interior and exterior design to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong visualization skills, technical proficiency in 3Ds Max , Corona Renderer , and V-Ray , and a keen eye for detail to produce photorealistic 3D renders . You will collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to create stunning representations of both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D renders for interior and exterior spaces, ensuring alignment with the design brief.
• Create detailed 3D models, textures, lighting setups , and visual effects to deliver photorealistic renders.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and clients to interpret design concepts.
• Prepare exterior visualizations for architectural facades, landscapes, and urban design projects.
• Ensure accurate material finishes, proportions, and lighting to reflect the final design intent.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine visual outputs.
• Assist in post-production using Photoshop or other tools to enhance renders.
• Maintain a library of models, textures, and materials for future use.
• Stay updated on the latest tools, software, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization with a portfolio demonstrating both interior and exterior projects.
• Proficiency in 3Ds Max, Corona Renderer, and V-Ray .
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp , and Revit .
• Strong skills in lighting, texturing, and shading for both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Experience with landscaping elements and architectural detailing for exterior renders.
• Familiarity with Photoshop or other tools for post-production and editing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to integrate client and team feedback efficiently.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000 , depending on experience.
