They specialize in high-quality, cost-competitive supply and maintenance services for the oil and gas industry, petroleum refining, chemical and petrochemical plants, power and energy plants, environmental services, and a range of industrial facilities. The company leverages cutting-edge technology and experienced leadership to deliver exceptional service.We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join their team in Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities:
- Finance & Accounting:
- Direct AP, AR, general ledger, payroll, and treasury activities.
- Implement accounting policies adhering to IFRS and statutory requirements.
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Manage daily cash flow and ensure liquidity.
- Compliance & Auditing:
- Ensure compliance with VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Manage relationships with banks and external auditors.
- Provision & Payroll Management:
- Update provisions reports and review payroll and service requests.
- Purchasing & Payments:
- Review and approve purchase orders and payments.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in finance and accounting, with 5 years in a senior role. Experience in relevant industries is desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English, strong knowledge of IFRS, excellent financial planning and leadership skills.
