Our client is looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead specializing in Multiphysics simulations, with expertise in FSI/System Coupling using Ansys products. The role involves leveraging Ansys tools to address customer challenges, provide training, support R&D initiatives, and optimize engineering processes.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize Ansys CFD tools (Fluent/CFX) and System Coupling tools (Mechanical/LS-Dyna/HFSS/Maxwell).- Provide technical support, resolve queries, and guide complex industrial applications.- Offer customized training on Multiphysics workflows and methodologies.- Execute projects and contribute to R&D initiatives to support customer goals.- Lead technical discovery, product presentations, demonstrations, and pilot evaluations.- Identify customer challenges, propose solutions, and articulate the value of Ansys products.- Develop proof-of-concept projects, pre-sales materials, and workshop content.- Deliver high-quality post-sales technical support via email and online meetings.- Contribute technical expertise to marketing events, seminars, and webinars.- Build strong customer relationships as a trusted Multiphysics expert and advisor.- Drive software adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities.Requirements- MS/PhD in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.- Strong foundation in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and CFD analysis.- 10+ years of experience in Multiphysics CFD applications, including 5+ years using Ansys tools.- Expertise in Dynamic Mesh, 6-DOF solver, external aerodynamics, and turbulence.- Familiarity with multiphase flows, hydrodynamics, and explicit dynamics is a plus.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a logical problem-solving approach.- Demonstrated engineering curiosity, organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.- Willingness to travel up to 20%.- Experience with Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI), including aero fluttering through 2-way FSI is preferred.- Background in turbomachinery and aero mechanics applications is preferred.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
