• Ensures the proper practices are being adopted in the store from Food safety, food and equipment sanitation, and personal hygiene in all store internal and external areas.
• Implement and train staff on integrating a proper promotional plan that maximizes the store's - Rotation schedule of new employees and trainees.
• Inventory management cost control and maximization of the store's sales and profits.
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with consistent quality
• Educate customers on different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
• Ensure all coffee equipment is clean and well-maintained
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with regular customers
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop in UAE
• In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for coffee craftsmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts

Certificate:

• Barista Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Specialty Coffee: 4 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Fluent in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
