Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Certified Civil Engineer with a Dubai Municipality certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects as a Project Engineer, overseeing all stages from planning to completion, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

• Prepare, Verify, review and submit structural and architectural Drawings wherever necessary.
• Conduct regular on-site visits, inspections and supervision with suppliers and sub-contractors for execution.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest building codes, standards and suitable design practices.
• Can gain approvals in Dubai Municipality, EMAAR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Civil / Structural engineering or any related field.
• Dubai Municipality certification is mandatory
• Valid Society of Engineers license is required
• Should have adequate site experience in UAE for both residential and commercial projects.
• 5-8 years of experience working as Civil engineer in UAE, focusing on execution part.
• Well versed with local materials, suppliers and its availability.
• DM APPROVED CARD HOLDER
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations
