We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of our Client in Abu Dhabi. Job Summary: The CEO will provide strategic leadership and direction to all facets of the organization's operations while maintaining our culture of continuous improvement and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and demonstrated leadership within this field. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement high-level strategies and business plans in alignment with the organization's goals. Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the organization. Oversee the financial performance of the organization and implement strategies to ensure its financial health. Ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services while managing costs. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical staff, board members, community organizations, and regulatory bodies. Represent the organization to investors, the media, and the public. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MHA) is preferred. Minimum of 20 years of senior leadership experience in the healthcare industry. Proven track record of effectively leading a performance- and outcomes-based organization. Strong understanding of healthcare system development, staff management, and financial oversight. Excellent communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills. Ability to navigate complex, rapidly changing environments.
