Centre Manager (Civil Engineering Background) -

CADD INTERNATIONAL, Abu Dhabi

Job Overview:

CADD INTERNATIONAL is looking for a

dynamic and ambitious Civil Engineering graduate

to take on the role of

Centre Manager

at our Abu Dhabi branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional with a passion for

technology, education, and business management

. The ideal candidate should be eager to develop leadership skills, manage training operations, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. Centre Operations & Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the training center, ensuring efficiency and quality. Coordinate with instructors, students, and administrative staff to maintain smooth workflows. Ensure the proper execution of CADD courses and training programs.

2. Business Development & Sales:

Promote CADD training programs to students, professionals, and corporates. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Identify new opportunities for partnerships with universities, engineering firms, and construction companies.

3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

Assist students in choosing the right courses based on their career goals. Address student and client inquiries professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Maintain relationships with industry professionals and institutions.

4. Marketing & Branding:

Plan and implement marketing activities to attract students and professionals. Conduct seminars, workshops, and demo sessions to showcase the benefits of CADD training. Utilize social media and digital marketing tools to enhance brand visibility.

5. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities:

Monitor financial transactions, enrollments, and fee collections. Maintain accurate reports on student registrations and center performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

or a related field.

0-3 years

of experience (Freshers with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply). Strong

communication, sales, and leadership

skills. Passion for

education, training, and technology (CADD software knowledge is a plus).

Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing

. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
