: Central Battery System Specialist
The Central Battery System Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, andtroubleshooting of central battery systems used for emergency lighting. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, battery technologies, and regulatory standards to ensure that all systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
1. Installation and Setup
a. Install central battery systems for emergency lighting in various facilities.
b. Configure systems according to manufacturer specifications and client
requirements.
c. Ensure all installations comply with local and national electrical codes.
2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting
a. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of central battery systems.
b. Diagnose and repair any issues or malfunctions within the systems.
c. Replace faulty components and perform system upgrades as needed.
3 . Technical Support
a. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams regarding
central battery systems.
b. Assist in the training of other staff members on the operation and maintenance of
the systems.
c. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
4. Compliance and Safety
a. Ensure all systems comply with safety regulations and standards.
b. Conduct safety audits and risk assessments for installed systems.
c. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
5 . Client Relations
a. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide
appropriate solutions.
b. Prepare and present reports on system performance and maintenance activities.
c. Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions to any issues.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of
central battery systems or similar electrical systems.
Technical Skills:
a. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
b. Strong understanding of battery technologies and electrical systems.
c. Experience with diagnostic tools and software used for troubleshooting.
Certifications : Relevant certifications in electrical installation and maintenance are
preferred.
Soft Skills:
a. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Working Conditions
a. This position may require occasional travel to client sites.
