Calling:
Conduct regular calls to current and prospective students and their families to provide information about educational programs, enrollment procedures, and upcoming events.
Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing efforts.
Address concerns, answer questions, and provide guidance over the phone to ensure a positive experience for callers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in education, business administration, or a related field; master\'s degree preferred.
Previous experience in educational management or administration, with a strong understanding of academic programs and curriculum development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
