Impact & Scope The Center Director serves as General Manager of a reputed Education Institute. This Center provides Test Preparation, Admissions Consulting, Languages Training, and Academic Tutoring support to students seeking to excel in a career for higher studies and better employment opportunities. The Center Manager oversees all aspects of the center including staffing; sales, service, academics, and the overall center P & L. He/she will hire, manage, and coach a team of counselors/advisors and coordinators to achieve financial, service, and academic outcomes. Desired Skills & Experience Leadership \xc3\x98 Recruit, train, manage, and coach a team to achieve desired sales, service, and academic outcomes \xc3\x98 Provide ongoing development and training opportunities for team \xc3\x98 Contribute to the overall performance of The Centre Business Development & Strategy \xc3\x98 Drive growth of the Center business through development and execution of marketing and sales plans \xc3\x98 Providing complete information to clients based on their needs and aspirations \xc3\x98 Encouraging telephonic leads and leads from other sources to walk into the center for counseling \xc3\x98 By cross-selling relevant products \xc3\x98 Hire, train, and coach team to achieve targets \xc3\x98 Create a welcoming and supportive Center culture for our students and Parents \xc3\x98 Oversee the academic progress of students and assist them in planning their studies and achieving their goals \xc3\x98 Work collaboratively with other departments including outside sales, curriculum, and executive leadership to improve outcomes \xc3\x98 Ensure proper staffing and provide ongoing training and development of staff \xc3\x98 Manage key performance metrics including sales, student retention, academic excellence, and expense management \xc3\x98 Ensure excellence in all student experiences in the local center. Provide enthusiastic, hands-on customer service. \xc3\x98 Conduct presentations to school counselors, prospective and enrolled students \xc3\x98 Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, and institutions within the territory. \xc3\x98 Oversee facilities management \xc3\x98 Administer and Coordinate Center Licenses, Staff Visas, and other day-to-day Center Operations as per the requirement of the Corporate Office. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities \xc3\x98 Ability to build, manage, and motivate a high-functioning team. \xc3\x98 Hiring, managing, coaching, and performance assessment skills \xc3\x98 Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and leadership skills \xc3\x98 Strong problem-solving, decision-making capabilities, and strong analytical skills \xc3\x98 Organizational and long-range planning skills \xc3\x98 High Energy Level \xc3\x98 Confident and optimistic demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment \xc3\x98 Results focus with a passion for customer service and business growth \xc3\x98 Ability to work effectively in a dispersed workforce Requirements \xc3\x98 Bachelors or Masters Degree \xc3\x98 7+ years experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role in the education industry. Further previous experience in a teaching or training role will be preferred \xc3\x98 Must be willing to work extended hours (including evenings and weekends), as needed, to meet business objectives Job Types: Contract, Permanent Education:
