  • 3-7 years of experience in culinary arts with exposure to various kinds of cuisines.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in Hotels and catering business.
Skills (General Job Knowledge and Skills)
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate well in English.
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
  • Familiar with industry best practices.
Reports to:Executive Chef/Director of culinaryJob DimensionsDirect Reportees:CDP / DCDP / Commis ChefsGross salary: AED 7,000 (CDP)Working days: 5 days a weekOther benefits:
  • An employment visa will be provided to the employee
  • Group medical insurance will be provided to employees and their dependents.
Upon completion of the second year of employment, the employee will be entitled to the equivalent of an economy-class airfare
