Looking for a CDP for a Central Kitchen
1. Overseeing the Central kitchen,
2. Ensuring that all dishes from their section are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards.
3. Supervising and training junior kitchen staff members assigned to their section.
4. Managing inventory and stock levels for their section, including ordering ingredients as needed.
5. Collaborating with the head chef to develop and update menu items for their section.
6. Monitoring food quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.
7. Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
8. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of their section, including equipment and workspaces.
9. Assisting with menu planning, costing, and portion control.
10. Participating in kitchen meetings and contributing ideas for improving efficiency and quality.
11. Handling administrative tasks related to their section, such as record-keeping and scheduling.
12. Providing support to other sections of the kitchen during busy periods or as needed.
