We are currently seeking a diligent and observant CCTV Operator to monitor our surveillance systems and ensure the protection of our assets. If you have experience in CCTV operation and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply for this position.Responsibilities:
Monitor live CCTV feeds to observe and identify any suspicious or unauthorized activities on the premises.
Operate and control CCTV cameras and recording equipment to capture and document incidents.
Maintain accurate logs and records of CCTV footage and incidents, including time stamps and descriptions of events.
Respond promptly to alarms or alerts triggered by the CCTV system and investigate any potential security breaches.
Collaborate with security personnel and law enforcement agencies to provide assistance and support during security incidents.
Conduct regular checks and inspections of CCTV equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
Follow established protocols and procedures for the operation of CCTV systems and handling of sensitive information.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations when handling CCTV footage and data.
Stay informed about security threats and risks and report any concerns or anomalies to supervisors.
Assist with other security-related duties and tasks as assigned.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or similar role.
Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and equipment.
Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Ability to remain focused and alert during long periods of surveillance.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for viewing and managing CCTV footage.
