Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students and professionals seeking to enhance their networking skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in networking fundamentals, routing and switching, and a solid understanding of Cisco networking technologies. As a CCNA Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding learners to successfully achieve their CCNA certification and enhance their technical careers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Training:
Deliver engaging and informative CCNA training sessions, both in-person and/or online, on topics including networking fundamentals, IP addressing, routing and switching protocols, network security, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare Training Materials:
Develop and update training content, presentations, and exercises to ensure that all information is current, comprehensive, and aligned with the latest CCNA exam objectives.
• Assess Student Performance:
Administer tests, quizzes, and practical exercises to evaluate student comprehension and progress throughout the training program. Provide feedback and additional resources to help students improve.
• Provide One-on-One Mentoring:
Offer individual support and guidance to students, answering questions, explaining difficult concepts, and providing personalized learning strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep up-to-date with advancements in networking technologies, particularly those relevant to Cisco systems, to ensure that training is aligned with industry standards.
• Foster a Positive Learning Environment:
Create a supportive and interactive classroom environment that encourages active participation and promotes student success.
• Prepare Students for Certification:
Ensure students are well-prepared for the CCNA exam by reviewing key concepts, conducting mock exams, and providing test-taking strategies.
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, routing and switching, network protocols (such as OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP), network security, and VLANs.
• Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and other networking devices.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
