Job Brief:

CHANGE Networks LLC is multinational IT Company engaged in software development and Networking equipment distribution worldwide. It is based in Dubai with other offices in India, China, HK and USA. CHANGE Networks LLC is currently seeking a dynamic Network Engineer for its Dubai office with CCIE Certification and min 5 years hands on experience. The candidate will be responsible working with sales team and company clients such as System Integrators, IT Solutions and Service Providers, Data Centers, IT Consultants and more.

:

• Collaborate with sales team and clients to understand clients' networking infrastructure needs and prepare technical proposals based on COMMANDO networking products.
• Assisting clients with design, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of COMMANDO networking products.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support in timely manner.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and training to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of COMMANDO.
• Work with clients such as System Integrators, Installers, IT Solutions and Service Providers, Data Centers, IT Consultants and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align network solutions accordingly.
• Prepare solution studies, technical documents, videos and more.
• Contribute on strengthening overall solution, service and support aspects of COMMANDO products.

Required Skill Set

Technical Skills:

• Advance networking experience with Switching, Routing, Wireless, Unified communication, Firewall and other related protocols and technologies with hands-on experience on setup, configuration, troubleshooting, support and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Routing and Switching Protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, VPC
• Strong knowledge on Wireless Solution and Load balancer
• Ability to analyze requirements and come up with technical BOQ/BOM.
• Knowledge of multi-vendor products to be added advantage.
• CCIE Certification with 3+ years post certification and hands-on experience preferred.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Collaborate with team efficiently and productively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science,

Information Technology, or related field.

• Technical Skills: Strong experience in network design, presales, technical support, product demonstration and technical documentation. Hands-on experience with various networking brands and technologies.
• Certifications: CCIE certified with 3+ Years experience and CCNP with 5+ years post certification experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED60,000.00 - AED120,000.00 per year
