Co Curricular Activities (CCA) Coordinator
The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an outstanding administrator to fill the role of CCA Coordinator in a well-established, supportive team in a highly successful and expanding school.

About the Role
The role of the CCA Coordinator is to manage scheduling, communication, and logistics for our school's facilities, sports, and extracurricular programs. This role includes overseeing bookings across school spaces, coordinating PE lessons, and handling the administration of the SOCS CCA platform. The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for CCA-related inquiries and provide seamless support to students, parents, and staff. The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications, skills and experience;
• Educated to high school level
• Experience in administration, calendar management, and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritise tasks and use time effectively
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with parents, staff, and students.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
