To provide administrative support for the Catering section of the Inflight Product DepartmentKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESKey Activities1. Create and maintain administrative records pertaining to caterers. 2. Updated controlled documents and manuals as they are created. 3. Maintain menu records based on class, region and caterer. 4. Provide analysis of product sold and used on flights regardless of class. 5. Assist in the compilation of reports for internal and external customers and suppliers. 6. Liaise and coordinate with internal departments. 7. Assist with the process of new supplier formats including contracts with caterers and suppliers. 8. Input of data into various administrative systems as well as information from Deviation Reports in EFOS, AIMS and Excel sheet. 9. Assist with logistics and catering matters to ensure the smooth operation of the department and provide support as required; when required. 10. Ensure all safety aspects of operations are shared with all concerned including internal and external partners.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLSMinimum Qualification
GCSE equivalent
Experience
Minimum of 3 years\' experience in a similar or Operations based role (airline or aviation focused) preferred.
Knowledge / Skills
IT Skills/catering background preferable. Analytical skills a must.
Additional Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively in English verbal and written; additional language skill would be beneficial - Arabic, Hindi, Russian etc
