Almaha Catering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering and hospitality, with at least 10 years of experience in managing and overseeing catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, vendors, and event planners to manage catering logistics and timelines
• Develop and implement effective operational procedures to improve service efficiency and consistency
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all catering activities
• Manage budgets, costs, and resources to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Train, supervise, and evaluate team members to maintain a motivated, high-performing workforce
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, issues, or special requests

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in catering or hospitality management
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven ability to handle high-volume events and multiple projects simultaneously
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license for travel between venues
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
