We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Manager to join our dynamic team As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute catering events, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, provide menu suggestions, and finalize event details. Manage a team of catering staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service. Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring adherence to our high standards. Collaborate with the sales team to promote catering services and generate new business opportunities. Maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment, and ensure their proper maintenance and storage. Handle budgeting and financial aspects of catering operations, ensuring profitability and cost control. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in catering management, preferably in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
