- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of local market specifics, regulations, and customer preferences.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in preparing commercial offers.
- 2+ years of experience in the Dubai catering market.
- Established network of contacts among event agencies, corporate clients, hotels, and restaurants.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and business expansion.
- Experience in managing both B2B and B2C catering operations.

- Develop and manage the catering division in Dubai.
- Establish efficient operational processes and team structures.
- Expand the client base through a strong sales strategy.
- Work with both B2B and B2C clients, including private and corporate events.
- Optimize logistics and supplier partnerships.
- Maintain the highest service and food quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and lead the catering team.
- Drive sales through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Monitor profitability and key performance indicators (KPIs).
