Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong knowledge of local market specifics, regulations, and customer preferences.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in preparing commercial offers.
Education & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in the Dubai catering market.
Established network of contacts among event agencies, corporate clients, hotels, and restaurants.
Proven track record of revenue growth and business expansion.
Experience in managing both B2B and B2C catering operations.
Description In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of catering events. You will manage both the kitchen and service teams to ensure that clients receive an exceptional experience. Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the catering division in Dubai.
Establish efficient operational processes and team structures.
Expand the client base through a strong sales strategy.
Work with both B2B and B2C clients, including private and corporate events.
Optimize logistics and supplier partnerships.
Maintain the highest service and food quality standards.
Recruit, train, and lead the catering team.
Drive sales through strategic marketing initiatives.
Monitor profitability and key performance indicators (KPIs).
