We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about culinary arts, possess a creative flair, and have a keen eye for detail. The Catering Chef will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of catering events, including live cooking demonstrations and the preparation of elegant finger foods. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation are maintained at all times. Responsibilities:
Contract length: 24 months Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Experience:
- Menu Development: Collaborate with clients to create customized menus that meet their specific needs and preferences. Develop innovative recipes and dishes that showcase creativity and culinary expertise.
- Live Cooking Demonstrations: Plan and execute live cooking demonstrations at events, showcasing culinary skills and engaging with guests. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Finger Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of finger foods, appetizers, and canap\xc3\xa9s with meticulous attention to detail. Ensure that all items are visually appealing, flavorful, and presented in an attractive manner.
- Quality Control: Maintain rigorous standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of food preparation and presentation. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and equipment maintenance. Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence.
- Event Coordination: Work closely with event planners and coordinators to ensure seamless execution of catering services. Provide guidance and support throughout the event to ensure client satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Address any concerns or special requests promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
