: What your role is Functional Overview
This role supports the commercial/sales function of CEEMEA, delivering profitable growth plans, designing and delivering the model approach at cluster/country level. Key Responsibilities • Partner with the CEEMEA sales and marketing team to establish targets and standardize tracking of Sales Fundamentals: More stores, Better stores, bigger impact.
• Develops & present regular market intelligence reports which generates insights to identify category growth, brands and distribution opportunities and risks.
• Monitors and evaluates in store plans ongoing throughout the year, flexing activities as required to the local trade scenes to reflect any changes in customer/brand environment, and to improve effectiveness and efficiency (ROI).
• Create the necessary Category input on long-range plan, growth levers and design effective promotional plans. Contribute to GM overall Category and Point-of-Purchase vision. Provide compelling recommendation for price architecture, promotion, range and merchandising.
• Deploy efficient toolkit with focus on detailing materials including pricing and visibility programs based on regional guidelines.
• Lead on strategic revenue management iinitiatives across the region.
• Identify and Role out best-in-class executions (relevant to the cluster) including in-store executions, promotional activities, detailing materials, with markets across CEEMEA.
What you will bring to the team Experience & Qualifications • Should have 7 + years of FMCG foods experience including trade/shopper marketing experience.
• Preferred to know the snacking category dynamics.
• Strong Go to market & Different trade channel knowledge .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Arabic Speaker would be an advantage
