Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive catalog specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating product information across various online platforms. This role involves collaborating with supply chain team, brand partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate and optimized product listings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create listings, maintain and update product information on all online platforms, including website, e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc), and social media

2. Create detailed and enhanced content for product pages, including descriptions, specifications, benefits, filters, and high-quality images, datasheets and user manuals

3. Liaise and coordinate with supply chain and brand partners to obtain accurate and up-to-date product information

4. Update product information in the Product Information Management (PIM) system and ensure consistency across all online platforms

5. Optimize product titles and descriptions for search engines and advertising campaigns

6. Regularly audit product listings and make corrections to maintain accuracy and consistency

7. Liaise with development and SEO teams to implement product updates and optimize search engine visibility

8. Identify and implement opportunities to improve product information management processes

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in product information management or a related role

3. Strong understanding of product information best practices and standards

4. Excellent writing and editing skills

5. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

6. Strong attention to details and accuracy

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

9. Experience with PIM systems a plus

10. Experience with Amazon and Noon Seller Central a plus
