As a catalogue coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our product catalogue operations. Your responsibilities will include gathering, organizing, and maintaining product information for both our online and physical catalogues. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that our catalogues are up-to-date and effectively represent our product offerings.
  • Gather product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, weight, dimensions, and HS codes, from suppliers and internal databases.
  • Tag items as clearance or until stock lasts and disable them from the website based on ERP product data analysis to ensure alignment.
  • Organize, maintain, write, and edit product data and descriptions in structured format, ensuring consistency across all catalogue entries to guarantee clarity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team to gather the list of new products on the website, obsolete items that need to be removed from the physical catalogue and website on a periodic basis.
  • Update the website regularly to list all in-stock warehouse items.
  • Prepare the product feed with the required format, including SEO optimized titles, descriptions, and technical specifications in HTML, and upload it to the website periodically.
  • Prepare and update stock and price upload templates regularly on the website.
  • Work closely with designers and the marketing team to monitor and update changes, and all the data work required for physical catalogues before their annual launch.
  • Track and monitor all the incoming emails related to product data every day, and take appropriate actions on the website and catalogue based on the information received.
  • Optimize top product landing pages with enriched product details (such as video, additional images, technical information) to improve conversion rates based on stock aging and sales history.
  • Manage website administration tasks, including content management, troubleshooting, and updates, to maintain website functionality.
  • Conduct regular audit reports to enhance user experience, including navigation, checkout process, mobile optimization, and loading speed.
  • Conduct regular audits of catalogue data to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure catalogue data meets stakeholder needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data management and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in catalogue management or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with product information management (PIM) systems is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and integrity in catalogue content.
