Qualifications & Responsibilities.Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as an IT Generalist or in a similar IT support role.Strong knowledge of IT systems, including operating systems, networks, and hardware.Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as antivirus programs, backup solutions, and productivity software.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of IT security practices and protocols.Skills Required
