:Eram Talent is currently seeking skilled and experienced Waiters to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Casual Restaurant Waiter, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. Our clients are known for their exceptional culinary experiences and excellent customer service.The duties include greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, serving meals and beverages, and providing attentive and efficient customer service. You will also handle payment transactions and assist with cleaning and organizing the dining area.Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve meals and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Address any customer concerns or special requests
- Handle payment transactions and provide accurate change to customers
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the dining area
- Collaborate with other waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide attentive service
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Ability to handle money and make accurate calculations
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
