Job Description
:At Eram Talent, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Casual Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Casual Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client\'s restaurant and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the restaurant staff during casual dining shifts
- Ensure adherence to restaurant policies and procedures
- Train and develop staff members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures and shift changes
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including regular inspections
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle cash transactions and perform cash register reconciliations
- Comply with health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Knowledge of casual dining operations and service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
