Job Description
Job Summary We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Play Attendant/ Cashier, enhance and ensure a pleasant experience for our guests. The Play Attendant/ Cashier will maintain a positive and respectful relationship with team members, engage with guests in a professional, dignified manner, and inform management of potential service and product issues before they arise. \xc2\xa7 Work well with children and parent \xc2\xa7 Ability to greet and provide excellent in-person customer service with a smile with excellent \xc2\xa7 phone manners and etiquette. \xc2\xa7 Must have the ability to upsell and achieve targets \xc2\xa7 Balances cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift \xc2\xa7 Collect payments whether in cash or credit \xc2\xa7 Maintain the reception area is clean \xc2\xa7 Ability to handle and resolve customer problems \xc2\xa7 Excellent interaction and communication skills \xc2\xa7 Ability to handle cash, reports and POS systems \xc2\xa7 Dependable and has a strong work ethic and team spirit \xc2\xa7 Should be flexible and accommodating for other duties, responsibilities, multitasking & activities, when required \xc2\xa7 Stock front desk, retail shelves, and inventory \xc2\xa7 Works well under pressure, flexibility to work late hours if required Job Type: Contract
