Job Overview :
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier cum Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions at the cash register and providing exceptional customer service. You will ensure a smooth checkout experience while addressing customer queries and assisting with store-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
• Cashier Duties :
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and issue receipts.
• Process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer, ensuring no discrepancies.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any issues to management.
• Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Customer Service :
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and help with queries.
• Handle customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate person when needed.
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or product warranties.
• Ensure that customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
Qualifications :
• Education : Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience : Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is a plus.
Skills :
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Language English and Hindi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
