Job Title: Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress with Cashier Experience
Location: Tita Yara, Al Fisht, Al Heera Beach, Sharjah

As a Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress at Tita Yara, you will be integral to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will manage customer interactions, handle cash transactions, assist in closing duties, and maintain an inviting atmosphere. This dual-role position requires a background in both waiting tables and cashiering, as well as familiarity with fine dining service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and highlight daily specials.
• Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen. Ensure all orders are timely and meet quality standards.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests with recommendations and inquiries.
• Table Maintenance: Set up, clear, and reset tables. Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area.
• Cashier Duties: Process bills, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliations.
• Customer Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Closing Duties: Support closing procedures, including inventory checks, securing cash deposits, and finalizing service areas.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in fine dining and 2 years in a cashier role (Preferred).
• Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Appearance: Well-groomed and adheres to the restaurant's dress code.
• Education: High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
