Key Responsibilities:


• Transaction Processing: Handle cash, card, and other forms of payments accurately and efficiently.
• Billing & Invoicing: Generate and process invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Record Management: Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions.
• Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries regarding payments, invoices, or services in a professional and friendly manner.
• Daily Reconciliation: Reconcile cash and card transactions at the end of each day, ensuring all records match.
• Compliance: Follow company financial policies and ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and accounts team to ensure smooth payment processes.


Qualifications:


• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance or accounting is a plus.
• Experience:
+ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or similar role, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Skills:
+ Proficiency in handling cash and using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
+ Basic knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
