Job Key Details:
- Receive customers and answer their questions concerning payments
- Collect payments from customers
- Make sure all prices and quantities are accurate
- Settle customer complaints, guide them and provide them with relevant information as may be required
- Maintain a clean workspace at all times
- Provide exceptional services to the customers
- The applicant must have a relevant Degree/Diploma with proven experience in the same role
- Must have excellent communication and customer services
- Must be able to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Ability to work well with electronic equipment
- Excellent math skills
- Must be able to handle busy environments
