Exciting Opportunity for a

Showroom Cashier - Automotive Industry

!

Are you a detail-oriented

Cashier

with experience in handling financial transactions in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a

Showroom Cashier

to join our team, where you will be responsible for processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth cash operations at our showroom. If you have experience in cash handling, accounting systems, and customer service, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:



Payment Processing & Cash Management:

Prepare

tax invoices and receipt vouchers

upon payment confirmation (cash, card, smart pay, etc.). Collect payments (cash, checks, or bank cards) and process

cheques for banking

via M/s. Transguard Security. Ensure all transactions are

accurately posted in SAP

. Prepare and reconcile the

daily cash collection report

, ensuring cash, credit card, and smart payments match records. Deposit cash in the

Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)

before the scheduled time. Use the

cash counting machine

to verify payments and issue receipts to customers.

Petty Cash & Expense Management:

Process

daily showroom/workshop expenses

and record them in SAP. Prepare and manage

petty cash reimbursements

on a weekly basis. Reconcile

petty cash statements

to ensure adequate cash flow for operational expenses.

Financial Reconciliation & Reporting:

Maintain and reconcile the

cash drawer balance

with issued receipts. Coordinate with the

Head Office (HO) Accounts team

for timely updates and corrections of financial books. Assist in

preparing documents for sales deals, insurance debit/credit notes

, and submission to HO. Scan and upload

supporting documents (LPOs, approvals, registration cards, etc.)

for record-keeping and audits. Forward

credit customer invoices and LPO copies

to the bill collector for customer circulation.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to

cash transaction policies & procedures

in the showroom/workshop. Minimize fraud risks by following

internal control protocols

. Support

internal and external audits

by providing necessary financial documentation.

General Support & Additional Duties:

Circulate

manual gate pass reports

to the operations team. Handle

E-Dirham reimbursements

, ensuring weekly reconciliation with bank SOA. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the

Accountant, Senior Accountant, or Chief Accountant

.

Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience as a

Cashier or Accountant

, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.

Languages:

English is essential; Arabic is preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

Proficiency in

SAP, accounting software, and MS Office (Excel, Word)

. Strong

numerical accuracy and attention to detail

. Ability to handle

large volumes of transactions efficiently

. Excellent

customer service and communication skills

.
