Job Key Details:
- Collect payments from the customers for the services rendered and make sure all prices are accurate
- Respond to customers\' questions in a proper way
- Settle customer complaints, guide them and assist them with relevant information as may be required
- Maintain a clean working area
- Provide outstanding services to the customers
- The applicant must have at least 1 to 2 years of related working experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be familiar with the electronic equipments
- Excellent math skills
- Ability to manage busy environments
