We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Case Processing Officer to lead our team of immigration consultants. This role is pivotal in driving our company's revenue growth through effective sales strategy formulation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Immigration Consultants and Administrators to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Client Satisfaction: Handle a high volume of various immigration cases while ensuring a consistently high satisfaction rating from our clients.

Training & Development: Proactively identify areas for development within the immigration team, providing ongoing training and conducting regular performance reviews.

Regulatory Compliance: Keep the team updated with the latest immigration processes and legislation to ensure compliance.

Escalation Management: Act as the first point of contact for any client escalations, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Expert Advice: Add value to our services by offering expert advice on all matters related to immigration.

Audit & Process Improvement: Manage immigration audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and local practices. Implement process improvements as needed to meet necessary standards for immigration processing.

Desired Skills and Experience:

l Minimum of 2 years of experience in the immigration industry.

l Strong leadership and team management skills.

l Excellent knowledge of immigration processes and legalizations.

l Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.

l Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

l Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
