Job Description
We are hiring ideal candidates to fill up the positions of Case Filing cum Processing Officer -Female Only
Responsibilities: -
Responsible for filing visa applications
To maintain a good relationship with the client and handles all their queries
Updating the clients on time regarding the changes and associated communication received from the Government of different countries
Maintaining regular contacts with clients through newsletters, mailers etc.
Collection of documents from clients to file the cases with respective Embassies or Consulates
Guiding the clients how to prepare their required documents for the case filing
Working closely with clients to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications: -
Should be a graduate
Should have a minimum of 1-2years of experience in filing & preference will be given to candidates having experience in the Immigration industry
Good written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
