The Case Manage reports directly to Clinical Director. Case Managers delivers programming based on Applied Behavioral Analysis best practices and records accurate data of treatment gains of clients. Additionally, they manage a specified caseload of clients. Case Managers are held responsible for the following duties:
The Employee will develop program schedules to meet the objectives of student IEPs, including staff schedules making adjustments.
The Employee will document and maintain organized records of client programs including, individualized education plans, monthly clinic notes, lead case review notes, and behavior intervention plans.
The Employee will assist the therapy staff with the implementation of 1:1 intervention programs.
The Employee will run regular team meetings and provide feedback to the therapy team.
Participate in the training of clients\' guardians and family on intervention techniques.
Will provide no less than 10 hour of direct contact with the students per week week.
Will train new staff, including modeling appropriate on-shift behavior.
Will write annual staff evaluations for those under his/her supervision.
Required Skills
Applicants must have the following:
Master degree in Education, Special education or Psychology.
At Least three years experience using the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Enrolled in BCBA certification program.
Supervising experience.
Strong communication skills, with a good command of the English language.
