Job Posting: Case Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a dedicated Case Coordinator to manage patient cases, foster communication between patients and healthcare providers, and enhance the overall patient experience. The ideal candidate will also have strong business development skills to help build relationships with key stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the facility's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Coordination:
• Manage and coordinate patient cases from admission through discharge
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking patients, addressing their needs and concerns
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure cohesive care
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the healthcare industry
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (insurance companies, referral sources, community organizations)
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance facility growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics
Administrative Duties:
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in case coordination or healthcare administration
• Proven experience in business development within the healthcare sector
• Fluent in Arabic and English , with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in a related field
• Certification in case management or healthcare administration
• Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE region
