Oversee the entire production process in a workshop or project site, ensuring that all production works are completed on time, within budget, and according to high standards of quality. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in

Display Stand, Popup Stands, Shop n Shop Display, Joinery, Fit out works

Prepare cost estimate for the jobs. Create production schedules and allocate resources like materials and labor. Ensure projects run smoothly and on time. Lead a team of carpenters. Conduct regular checks to ensure high standards of workmanship. Resolve any issues that arise during production. Manage production costs, keeping the project within the allocated budget. Optimize material use to minimize waste. Ensure the workshop or site adheres to safety regulations. Manage the inventory of tools and materials, ensuring they are well-maintained and available when needed. Collaborate with designers and other departments to ensure smooth project execution. Purchase of project related materials Experience managing multiple projects and teams. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Experience : 4 to 5 years experience is required.
