Job Summary: We are seeking a Carpentry Foreman to join our team in a senior role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all carpentry work on our projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of carpenters, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Plan and organize carpentry work schedules to meet project deadlines. Review project plans and blueprints to understand specifications and requirements. Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless workflow. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with regulations. Order materials and supplies needed for carpentry projects. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Implement and enforce safety protocols on site. Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpentry Foreman or similar role. In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
