Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman to oversee and coordinate carpentry activities on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and direct carpentry crew members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

2. Plan, organize, and coordinate carpentry work, including scheduling, material procurement, and equipment allocation.

3. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

5. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project deliverables.

7. Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, and material usage.
