Job title: CARPENTRY AND JOINERY FACTORY MANAGER Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Carpentry and Joinery Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of joinery processes, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Joinery Factory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the joinery factory, including production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Oversee a team of skilled workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications..
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring the availability of necessary materials and supplies.
