Job Responsibilities:

• Constructing, assembling, and installing formwork systems for concrete pouring, including walls, slabs, and beams.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate formwork designs.
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials to create precise shuttering forms.
• Ensuring the formwork is secure, level, and ready for concrete placement while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Collaborating with engineers and other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter with expertise in constructing and installing formwork.
• Strong knowledge of shuttering techniques and construction processes.
• Proficiency in using carpentry tools, power tools, and formwork equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in construction sites.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
