Job Description
Job Overview: As a Carpenter at Impact, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will work both independently and as part of a team to complete projects according to specifications and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, counters, and molding.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on wooden structures.
• Follow safety and quality standards and regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, sanders).
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Good understanding of wood properties and other carpentry materials.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Experience:
• Carpentry: 4 years (Required)
