Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen & Wardrobe Carpenter at Luxury Concept Interiors in Dubai. The Carpenter who focuses on designing, building, installing, and maintaining custom kitchens and wardrobes.Their role involves working with various materials like wood, MDF, plywood, laminates, and other materials suited for cabinetry and interior design.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials. Using hand tools and machinery such as saws, drills, sanders, and routers to cut, shape, and finish materials. Assembling the components of the kitchen and wardrobe, including cabinets, drawers, doors, shelves, and other accessories. Installing the furniture and cabinetry on-site, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. In-depth understanding of various types of wood, laminates, veneers, finishes, and their suitability for different projects. Making necessary adjustments for a seamless fit, ensuring doors and drawers open and close smoothly. Sanding, painting, or staining surfaces to ensure high-quality finishes. Detail Drawings and Cut Lists for Kitchens Applying laminate, veneer, or other finishes as per the design specifications Ensuring that all hardware such as handles, hinges, and locks are installed properly. Proficient in using woodworking tools, machinery, and equipment.
