The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard using hand tools and power tools. The role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements.

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plastic, and other materials.

Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim.

Repair and replace damaged wood or other materials.

Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and within designated timelines.

Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed successfully.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Carpenter with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the UAE.

Proficient in using hand and power tools.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical training or apprenticeship in carpentry is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.

Comfortable working at heights and in various weather.
