Job Title: Carpentry Foreman

Job Summary:

A Carpentry Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating carpentry crews on construction sites. They ensure all carpentry work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with building plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead carpentry teams to ensure all tasks are performed to the highest standards.

2. Ensure that work is being carried out according to the blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

3. Organize and manage daily tasks, including allocating resources and tools.

4. Conduct site inspections to ensure safety standards and quality control are met.

5. Manage material inventory and order supplies as needed.

6. Train and mentor junior carpenters or apprentices.

7. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other trades on-site.

8. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.

Required Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a carpenter, with significant time spent in a supervisory or leadership role.

2. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents.

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

4. Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and lead a team.

5. Excellent communication skills.
