We require carpenter Foreman with Good Experience for overseeing all aspects of carpentry projects. knowledge and experience in kitchen and wardrobes. RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. UNDERSTAND ALL FURNITURE & FIT-OUTS DRAWINGS.
2. ORDER MATERIALS & SIZES CALCULATIONS FOR CUTTING.
3. DISTRIBUTION OF WORK TO CARPENTERS.
4. ANY TECHNICAL ISSUES IN CARPENTERY.
5. FINISHING THE WORK ON DEADLINES AS PER JOB CARD
6. QUALITY AND FINISHING WORK.
7. KNOWLEDGE OF MACHINE OPERATION.
8. KNOWLEDGE OF ALL KIND OF CARPENTERY WORK especially Kitchens and wardrobes. Production: - Provide leadership and guidance to the team and manage the day to day operations - Ensure correct operation and maintenance of all workshop machinery with strict compliance to Health & Safety regulations. - Assist with on-going training and development of staff, undertake training and inductions for production staff on new machinery - Quality management, ensuring manufactured items are produced within the specification and to an expected quality level including finishing works and packaging process - Continuously identify and forward ideas that will improve efficiencies.- Provides regular status reports and capacity plan updates using company system. PERSONAL QUALITIES :
+10 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN HIGH-END INTERIOR COMPANY IN UAE.
SOLUTION FINDER, TEACHING & LEARNING QUALITY. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
